We want every piece to arrive as ordered. If something is wrong, tell us and we will work it out with you.
Damaged or incorrect pieces
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.
- Send photos of the piece and its packaging so we can review it.
- Once confirmed, we will offer a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
Changes of mind
Requests to return a piece that is not damaged or incorrect are reviewed case by case and may not be accepted.
Natural materials
Natural variation in color, grain, and weave is part of rattan, wood, capiz, and stoneware, and is not a defect.
